Have a Painting Party!

A great idea for wedding showers, birthdays and office parties! There's no better way to celebrate an occasion than by throwing a painting party. Each adult is charged a private studio fee* plus the cost of an earthenware piece.The cost of the earthenware piece includes the item, paint, also the use of all of our tools and decorating resources. You supply the friends, food, spirits and music -- we provide the earthenware and the paint.

Party nights are Friday, Saturday Sunday or Monday, and parties are 3 hours in length.

*The cost of a private party studio fee is $8.00 per person (with a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 30). For parties of 12 or more the studio fee is reduced to $6.00 per person.

Birthday Parties for Kids

The Mud Oven is the perfect place to host a birthday party for kids. Imagine the looks on their faces as they create! Since you can't leave with your piece of art right away, we give you a Polaroid photo of your child's party. The flat fee includes studio fee, item cost (with lots to choose from under $15), up to ten paint colours and many resources. Items to choose at birthday parties: mugs $16 -$18; tiles $7-$10; ornaments/sun&moon $12; bugs $9.50; jewellry boxes for $15.00.

Party times are Monday to Friday anytime, or Saturday and Sunday between 10 & 11:30 am, 12 & 1:30 pm, 2 & 3:30 pm and 4 & 5:30 pm.

To book your party today, you must call ahead and provide a $25 deposit. To reserve a table, parties must contain a minimum of six kids.

P.S. Feel free to bring a birthday cake. Except for the months of November and December and the March break. There are many local restaurants within a short walk of us for hungry young artists! The Barley Mow across the street welcomes your Birthday cakes!
